Seeding Premium Fescue Seed – We use a high-quality, disease-resistant blend of tall fescue seed to add density and fill bare or thinning areas. Overseeding enhances turf uniformity and resilience for the season ahead.

Lawn Preparation Checklist Please complete the following steps before your treatment for the best results:

✔ Mow Low – If possible, please cut your lawn to a height 1.5 to 2 inches. This helps the top dressing reach the soil surface and allows our team to better identify and correct imperfections in the lawn's topography.

  
✔ Water Lightly If Needed – If the soil is extremely dry, lightly water the day before treatment to aid aeration. Avoid overwatering—soft ground can lead to ruts from our equipment.

✔ Mark Sprinkler Heads or Shallow Lines – We call 811 for utility marking, but also ask that you identify irrigation, internet lines, or other shallow items. We are not responsible for unmarked or shallow-buried objects.

✔ Complete Any Yard Projects in Advance – Finish tree removals, construction, or major landscaping prior to treatment to avoid disruption and ensure the best outcome.

Aftercare & What to Expect - With adequate moisture, you should begin to see deep, dark green growth within 2–4 weeks. The real magic, though, happens underground: improved microbial activity, stronger root systems, and healthier soil structure.

To Maximize Results Keep your lawn very moist for the first 2–3 weeks. This is essential to promote seed germination and help the organic materials settle into the soil. After 3 weeks, gradually reduce watering to encourage deeper root growth and improved drought tolerance.
